Is this Browning Maxim (circa 98?) a good buy for 140 bucks? Apparently it has rarely been used. I would have to buy it sight unseen and go buy my own site and rest. Thanks in advance for any advice, this would be my first bow and I'm not interested in spending too much more until I get a little better/more dedicated.

Here is the seller's commentary: "I am 6 feet tall, but draw length shouldnt be an issue on this bow because it is adjustable from 28 to 30 inches [note: I'm about 5'9" - is this a problem?], 60-80 pounds draw weight, with a 65% letoff."
