Default RE: Official Team 20 Thread

Rybo - I did mount the first one. It was a 120-130" 10 point that I killed three seasons ago. He's the best of the bunch. The second one is a 100" six point with no brow tines and 19" wide. He has probably the prettiest rack- his tips turn upward, but the rack itself is skinny. Ididn't have the dough for the mount, so I cut out the horns. I have a cape for it, but I think it's freezer burned. The last one was a nine pointer - good mass, nice points, but just funny looking,soI did a euromountby myself. Boiling that head is downright nasty. It's a stinking, greasy mess.TheThanksgivingturkey roaster will never be the same. If I get the time, I'll snap a few pics (of the deer, not the greasy roaster).

While we're on the topic of trucks - my hunting buddy has a Chevy Avalanche, and it's really nice. Pretty roomy, and it drives really nice. There isn't much bed for serious hauling, but if you're just toting around treestands, dead deer, and furniture, there's plenty of room to spare. It really travels well in the snow, and it's great for tailgating, too. 16-18 mpg It's 3 yrs. old and he's had a few minor problems (power windows malfunctioning, fuses, sensors, and a squeaky ball joint), but they've covered under warranty w/o problem.

Hey guys, post some pictures of your past kills. I need something to look at. I've been working on this killer brief at work, and I'd welcome any kind of amusement at this point.
