I would put a good recoil pad on it. I don't like slip on pads unless you remove the
recoil pad 1st. Slip on recoil pad's add length of pull if the are pulled over a existing
pad. I will 2nd it, by saying turkey loads kick worse the slugs. Even with the recoil reducer in my HEF 10ga turkey gun, turkey loads are burtal.
