Troy,
Sounds like you're having a good hunt, and getting a lot of action. I read that you have been having good luck controlling your scent. Tell me what you're doing for scent control (stand elevation, rubber boots, cover scent, anti-microbial, etc.)?
So I'm guessing that Idaho lets you buy aResidentarchery permit for Bull Elk, WT and Black Bears. What does it cost for a Resident license, and what additional tags did you buy?
On another note: I'm on the fence as far as this anti-microbial scent control goes. I really want to get a new set of that Under Armour Realtree Anti-Micro. stuff, but it's just so expensive. I'm already over-budget for this fall and I'm trying to save up for a car. If any of you guys get to trythis stuff, let me know.
I didn't do the bowhunting contest last year, but I killed a prettynice 110" nine point. I have no digital pics of that one. I scored well in this spring's turkey contest, with a double bearded eastern. That was my first Huntingnet contest submission.
Here are the pics of that - for your viewing pleasure.
