Gotta keep posting, makes it seem like you are hanging out at the archery shop or something. Lots of posts, took me a while to go through them the first time too but I actually did it for almost every team up until I got assigned one... Luckily, I am a fast reader

I kind of have a dilema when it comes to scouting the hunting areas (I have had this dilemma all year really) in that it is real hard to pattern the animals for October activity when all through the summer they are living in the corn fields. Once the corn fields get picked things get into that more normal patterns and I know those trails real well, and the small areas that groups of does and such tend to bed.Right now, I think I am going to try to set up along an in this finger of timber that stretches off the timber, into the corn leading towards a stream/ditch (It was a creek at one point until they channeled it for drainage purposes. The other option is to set up on an old fence line that runs out of the timber to that same ditch about 100 yards further to the east... Thank god for climbing stands I guess... The sign is at both places so it will be time to decide in about a week or two what I am going to do.
