I was referring to the number of reports I've read of the bolt handles coming off, the extractors failing, the J-Lock failing, excessive headspace and of course the complaints about their service department.

None of these things have been my experience but then again I haven't bought a new remington for over 20 years. Of the ones I owned there was no complaints from me.

Having said that I don't see how one cannot notice the numerous reports of poor quality and service from Big Green.
