Yes, Yes, but $20/qt for 25% is very expensive. You could mail order a 2.5 gal jug of 41% for about $7/qt. ($70)

go to a co-op or a grain dealer, buy a 2.5 gallon jug of it. it won't go bad or expire, just don't let it freeze.
Farm & Fleet has 2.5 gal of 41% glyphosate for about $53 too. I kept mine in the shed over the winter, worked fine this spring/summer. Keep an eye out for end of summer sales.
