I'll be hunting in RI and looks like in CT too. Sept 15 opener in CT, and I didn't get my tags yet, but my wife and I will do a Hartford road trip because I don't trust the mail to get my app there and tags back before the opener. Of course, my daughter has something going on she's been looking forward to for a while the first Saturday of the CT season, so I guess I'll just have to take some time off from work for opening day RI opens on Oct 1. I've got some small private land spots this year that I have permission on in both states, I hope they pay off.
