I doubt any police agency in Canada is going to give a transfer permit for a handgun to be shipped by mail. When you purchase a pistol,they give you a temporary permit to bring it in to them for inspection,then issue your regular permit. I just don't see them allowing one to float around in the mail.I also would stay away from internet firearms....just my opinion.
