While checking out my land last weekend in western NYS, I noticed quite a few green acorns on the ground. Just a short stem attached to it. There was no sign of squirrels being the culprit. I know my fruit trees at home have been dropping apples, and I am thinking that it is drought stress related. It has been so dry here. Anybody noticed this or have any thoughts???
