RE: longer bow
I have always been a short bow nut since they debuted back with the MQ32. I have owned literally dozens of them. I even plan on using a Diamond Triumph as my primary hunting bow come this fall. However, I saw the appeal of a longer axle to axle length model last year while shooting my Pro40 Freedom. Superb accuracy and alot more forgiving of shooting errors. That is one reason I opted for an Old Glory as my 3D for this year. Though I call it a 3D bow it is still set up with a typical bowhunting setup minus a slightly heavier and longer stabilizer as well as slightly lighter arrows. Great shooter with alot of accuracy and forgiveness. The speed is very respectable as well.
