moose either pill should be a great bullet in your 06. The Failsafe is actually closer in performance and toughness too the Barnes X Bullet (basically it is a copy with only a few changes for patent reasons and cheaper production) than the Accubond. The AB should be the most accurate in most rifles, but I had some dandy groups with 140 Failsafes in one of my 7mags in years past. For outright punching holes in elk and moose, especially with a low velocity round like a 180 06, I would recommend the Failsafe of the two you asked about!
