I have to agree. I tried the save 5 dollars an acre too and had beter luck with the Imperial clover. As a matter of fact it wasn't even close. It came up quicker,looks better and lasts at least a year or more longer. But I guess other than that, there is no difference. LOL.

I used the secret spot last year on 2 places. We did spray it and rake it before putting out the seeds and it worked good. We are going to make those spots bigger this year and willtry to get a perrennial going on them. I do have a few aces up my sleeve on a few open spots in the middle of nowhere where i will use the secret spot again this year and hope they remain my secret.

I have had better luck overall with the branded products. Several companies are putting out good stuff but thereare some others who have put out crap IMO.
