Wash them in a scent free hunting soap. then place them in cedar chips, layer of chips then clothes, then chips, then clothes. Can be a little messy ( chips ). I use a closet that is lined in cedar, it has a 2 foot board in the doorway to keep the chips in. I lay them on the floor. The clothes have a real strong cedar smell when I take them out of storage. It works, deer have not busted me because of smell in years.
