It sounds to me like ya are just starting out in hunting, my sugestion is to take a hunters safty class, call your DNR to find when the next class is. This will make it leagle for you to hunt and they teach alot about safty and rules. If you are interested in hunting this is the best way to start. If your dad hunts have hime take ya if not try see if any relatives whohunts will take ya, what I am saying is find someone who has been doing this a while and learn from them. Hunting in your side yard with a pellet gunprobable not going to be leagle of that afective.

TAKE THE CLASS, LEARN THE RULES, THEN GO HUNTING!
