Well you thought wrong. It said 30 of the 42 clearcuts had 70% regeneration. Actually only 4 of the 42 clearcuts studied were considered to be a failure ,so that would be a 90% succcess rate .rather than the 75% I posted. Thanks for pointing out my error.
