Default Factory Winchester .22-250 neck cases splitting
I noticed that out of a box of 20 of .22-250 Winchester 55gr cartridges that about 7-8 cases where split at the neck. I only shot a box out of 5 boxes I bought so far. I bought these rounds back in 1998.

Are these REAL hot loads of winchesters or just cheap brass? Could it somehow be my Remington 700 BDL causing this?

Has anyone else ran into this situation as well?
