700 ADL or mossberg SSi ONE expectations
I am looking to sell my current rifle, and buy a "real" deer rifle for next season. I am looking at the 700 ADL with a synthetic stock, and possibly a mossberg SSi ONE and would like to know oppinions on each. I would be hunting primarily white tail deer, and some mulies. So I am looking at either a .270, or a 30-06. My current rifle is a FN-49, obviously not a deer rifle, but capable of taking one down, provided you can hit it. I would hope for somthing substantialy better in accuracy, and believe either of these would provide it. The 700 is reasonably priced , at least in my oppinion, and the mossberg offers a cheaper avenue to different calibers as a bonus.
Thanks
Corey
