Zak, it all depends. If you just buy one at Bass Pro and take it out to hunt that evening the deer will see the uv lights in the material. However, if you wash it in a uv killer the deers only chance to see you is through movement. They will notice the seperation in camo across your chest. Thats just for a solid orange vest though. A camo orange vest will resolve that problem.
