RE: Tried out some bows, too damn expensive
You know, it's not a matter of affordability, frankly, I can afford two Mathews if I choose. My point was that I really didn't see, and feel that much of a diffrence between the expensive bows and the cheaper ones, the shop couldn't even really tell me the difference between a Reflex and Hoyt. Today I purchased the PSE Typhoon, dozen arrows, target, hard case, Primos Bowhunting vest, and all the accessories for $503.00 out the door. I gaurantee this Typhoon will fell an elk every bit as effieciently as some of the higher priced models, I'm happy with it. I really think some of these bow companies are just simply over charging for their products.
