You're proably going to have to check with the bowyer or paperwork from the bow to make sure. I wouldn't assume the bowcan handle it without knowing. If you can't tell, better go with the Dacron. Most of the older bows can only use dacron, but many the newer bows can handle DF-97 and 450+. From what I have seen though even if the bow can handle the 450+, many bowyers suggest DF-97 (what I prefer also).
