Yes, the clover will be 2 leaves after germination - they are lobes and do not resemble clover. The 3rd leaf looks kind of like a clover leaf, the 4th, looks like clover. Do not expect alot of growth from it this fall, it'll kind of build up in the lower 2" of the plot. Sure some will acutually pop up, it depends on how warm the fall is. Next June you should see it really come on strong.
