Bones, zak is somewhat right. You can fletch the arrows and then turn the nocks if it is a carbon arrow. Alluminum arrows have the nock glued on, therefore you will not be able to turn the nock.

Beg to differ. My aluminum XX75 Eastons have a uni-nock and I turn those to line up with the cock feather all the time when I refletch. I still shoot cock feather down even with a drop away.
