Mr ethics police. Why do most states say the .243 is the minnimum cartridge required to shoot elk ?
Because politicians make laws. In one state it is legal to take deer with a 22 WRM. Does that mean the 22 WRM is a deer rifle? No, it means the people that make the laws know less about killing animals than you do.
