I think this is pretty good. Send in a $30 scope with a problem and receive a $99 scope in trade.
And......have you come on a hunting web site and tell everyone, or tell guys about it at hunting camp etc......(theres a method to their maddness) great customer service= return cutomers.
p.s. oh by the way I own 7 Simmons (5 Aetecs and 2 ATV's) and have never had to use their customer service department!!
