Get a Savage, Howa lightning, Remington 700 synthetic, or Winchester shadow. All of these can be bought for under $400 and some include a scope.

Do not waste your money on the 710 or the Mossberg. The 710 is a POS and the Mossberg is even worse.

Even if you need to wait and save a little more money it would be well worth it.
