That dosen't surprise me Zak. Most of the complaints I've heard were about the 3.0 mp digital stealth. I get about 3 weeks out of 6aa batteries in my 1.3mp stealth.

As for the rechargables, I'm not sure with the standars 35mm cam but the digitals require 1.5v and the rechargable batteries are 1.2v and from what I've heard from those who've tried them is the flash/cam dosen't function properly. Wether or not that is the case with the 35mm cam I don't know. If you try them please let me know how it goes.
