I looked at my first one the other day. I was impressed with it.The one I looked at was Blued.They had just sold the S/S model which is about 40.00 more then the blued.He was asking 439.00 for the blue.I've read some reports about these 345's.In the magazines reports were good.If I hadn't read differently over at the Rugerforum,I wouldn't have known about these problems.Some were happy with theirs ,when others were having FTF. It was brought up that the recoil spring is .030 smaller on one end.If installed backwards it could be part of the problem according to Ruger.I can't see why they had to reduce the spring by .030. My understanding the spring isn't marked so it could be quite easy mistakenly installing it assbackwards.I suggest reading about the 345 over at the RF.
