I'm sure they will take care of you bad press isn't good at all in the shooting sports industry. I also would not look at this as a reason not to buy from them either. All good companies have little problems here and there this is probabally one of them. Like the T/C Shockwaves I bought last fall with oversized sabots T/C found out they had a problem and shipped me off new ones for free they also sent a batch of the Shockwaves with the new sabots for free.
