I have to say to TODD in NY I know what your going through. I lived in long island new york up until about ten years ago. I did not hunt then. Since living here outside of Allentown Pa. I cant tell you how many people who have lived here all there lives have never hunted and I hear what you do all the time. I see Deer (roadkill)on the side of the road more often then not and I ask those that dont hunt is that what you would rather see. Like Bowhunter above thats my line also I didnt kill Bambi I harvested his Great Grandson. That get some people madder then all heck. Living in New York and growing up there I may have said the same thing But since moving here I enjoy hunting more then almost anything. As one person says Hunting is a God given right.
And only one more thing dont I remember werent it the pilgrims who put a turkey on the table on thanksgiving and you dont hear anyone saying there not eating turkey in November. Some of those bambi lovers forget to realize that they may be a decendant of those good old folks.
