It's gonna be really tough. Personally, I would use a blind, but it can be done without one. You should setup a decoy facing towards you. Alot of time a tom will want to strut facing a decoy. Your best bet is to have him strutting while facing away and then draw and shoot him where all the tail feathers come together. Hope this helps some.
