josh, oh do i know the 'tick' sound and slight shock it sends through the string and down into the riser and then against the palm. just about full draw is when it would happen. i've said it before, i really feel like i could drive over this set (different bow, same model, provided with no headache from my favorite company) with a truck and they would be ok. john
