Norb is from the Milwaukee area here in Wisconsin and I usually see him at our big archery/deer convention in Madison. He is supposed to be putting out a extensive article on arrow penetration (KE, momentum, etc...) that I'm looking forward to reading- if you remember, maybe ask him when that will be coming out....
