I know Jack, they do it around here where I live, Its so checker boarded up its ridiculous. Theres excellent elk hunting there but you have to know someone to get through there property to the public land or know your GPS like the back of your had and trust it enough to keep you on the public land part of the checker board or your in trouble by some ahole land owner because your 1 foot on his side of the property by a simple mistake. I think it should be a law that if public land is landlocked by private land there should be an easement.
