Default RE: Caliber and Rifle Advice?

another vote for the 22-250, you can shoot yotes, hogs (head shot) and ANY varmint effectively. also, it will cut through 30 mph winds very well.
i have a Rem 788 in the 22-250 and it shoots great. it's soo much fun to shoot jackrabbits past 150 yards with it.

also, it doubles as a good deer rifle for me for NECK shots....yes, i have killed them shooting them just behind the shoulder, but there was not a drop of blood both times (one at 40 yards, the other 140 yards) so i won't be doing that again. i shoot nothing but the rem 55 grn psp round, it's has all around use for me and it's fairly cheap too.
