Once you get the equipment to reload it is easy. Starting out I would get the lee anniversary kit. It has everything you would need to reload except for the dies and of course the powder,primers and bullets. The dies I would go with rcbs or lyman. One thing on reloading 22 hornet you do not have to lube the cases. There are different recipes on which powders you can use. It is actually fun to reload. Once you are set-up to reload it is cheaper to reload your own ammo than it is to buy a box of loaded ammo.
