RE: Locked bows ?
Here is Wisconsin it's illegal to hunt with any draw-lock type device that will hold a bow at full draw. They're considered to be crossbows at that point. With the high let-off compound bows made today, I don't see the need for a draw-locking device so I guess I'm against them. If you still have to pull back the poundage, you should be physically able to hold at full draw for a long enough amount of time to wait for a shot to present itself. If not I believe you're pulling back to much weight
