soybeans and corn

Default soybeans and corn

i planted a soybean and corn mix,but it wasnt roundup ready. is there something i can do to control the weeds?( mostly other grasses)

check your local farm shop, they will have some ideas, there are lots of options

As mentioned, I'd check with your local Ag dept, they can be of tremendous help. Personally, it's not worth saving on non Roound-Up ready product because of the yield loss and the extra need for weed control. Next season you may want to rethink that and go with the RR variety. Good luck

We planted Roundup ready corn and beans this year and so far have been pleased. Last year we tried to skimp and go with non round up ready, had lots of ears but very small and lots of weed competition didnt help much either.
