Cool video.
Did the bolt stick in the tree?
It looked like it.
I watched the video on my new smart tv.

Congratulations.

This guy was following a doe, grunting like crazy yesterday. Southern Indiana. Got him at about 10 am with my Remington 870. He's my biggest ever. 25 years worth. Lol

Got this doe on the morning of November 27th with my 300 Win Mag Encore pistol. I dropped her with a single 143 yard shot.

Got this guy opening morning of Missouri season. With very high temps and the super moon deer movement was slow. Glad to get him. Good eater.

My 13 year old boy with his 2nd buck, 3rd deer in 3 years.

Just a lucky mid-day situation, someone or something must have spooked some deer on a woody point about 400 yards away. About 15 doe and two bucks piled down the hill and out into the field, they charged across the field to another point almost exactly 200 yards away. The doe all hit the brakes prior to jumping the fence and entering the woods, the buck was forced to do the same. The boy made a great shot with his 7mm.08 and the buck jumped the fence and dropped about 60 yards into the woods.

No picture, I got a doe about 11:00 on Monday. After I left the butcher shop I remembered I didn't take a photo. It was in the mid 50s on Monday after noontime so I left for the butcher shop which was an hour and a half from my hunting property. Everyone knows what a doe looks like anyway. I still have a doe and buck tag but since there is only two of us I don't need more than one deer. I get two doe tags because sometimes I have to take one for the landowner if he doesn't get one. He did so I am done for this year. Now I will get into bird hunting. Monday was the worst opening day I have had in years, I only saw two deer between 6:30am and 3pm and I took one of them.

This small spike buck came in dragging his front leg. not what I wanted to shoot, but he was injured so I took him. His horns were less than 3" so tagged as an antlerless. Shot around 1540 on the last day of Ohio's gun season. Also, that's a Mossberg 695 shooting the 12ga Remington accutips. I wanted to use the .44 mag but my fiancé was out as well and she was carrying the .44 as it's much lighter recoil.
