Default Whitetail Organizations?

I'm just curious, butare there any major organizations for whitetails? There is Ducks Unlimited, Pheasant Forever, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Wild Turkey Federation, etc.out there for other animals, but I haven't heard of one for deer.

There is the Whitetail Alliance which is "famous" for popularizing food plots, and growing quality deer forages.
The Quality Deer Management Association was founded in '88 I think.
I can't think of any others right now, but I am sure they are out there.

www.qdma.com Great organization. If there is a seminar close to you, it would be worth the drive.
