Default Geese Flying Out Early A.M.

Sitting on my back porch this morning. Geese on the lake here. They did they squawking, talking, getting ready to fly language. Then at the "LET'S GO" command, they took to flight and went right over my house. There were 75-100 in the flock.[:@] I coulda got my limit sitting there with coffee....

Only 30 days til opening day!! And we have an extended season this year here in Central NC!!!!

56, I know what you mean...I like hunting them at the other end, when it’s time for them to land.... There’s nothing like sitting in pit, in a field with decoys and you see the first geese coming like big bomber, low ,slow and coming right at you in v formation....

Was playing golf yesterday and a flock of 12 flew over me at about 15 yds.......drove me nuts the rest of the day!!!

I know exactly the feeling when im working on the farm moving irragation pipe i see geese in every pond, im glad we dont have long to wait i dont know if i can last..lol

this thread reminds me of a day I was hunting snows, canadian season was over. I was sipping on a cup of joe when I looked up 6 canadians flew 2 foot over my blind if i stood up I could have grab one or got whacked in the face LOL.
