info on a ben pearson recurve?
I dont know if this is in the right place, but I' m trying to find out if anyone has any knowledge of a bow I' ve had for about 15 years. It was bought at a pawn shop not knowing wether it was worth anything or not, for me to learn to shoot archery. it is a Ben Pearson Raider 7350 marked 58" -----50x-28" . any help appreciated, thanks.

The Raider first came out in 1971 and looks like 1972 was the last year of production. It had full-working recurve limbs, pistol grip, black phenolic riser w/hardwood lams in the riser.Brace hgt. is 8.75" -9.25" and it has a 4.5" sight window.Value-???Seems Pearson bows don' t really bring alot of $$ in value, even though they are real nice shooting bows.

Thanks JimPic, I was just curious as to whether it had any value other than to me. I wouldn' t actually sell it but it would have been nice to hear it had some value. Glad to at least find a website where somebody knew something.

I' ve got a couple of old Pearson Colts laying around the house. One shooter and one wall hanger. The wallhanger is one someone shot with a fastflight string. Don' t shoot the oldies with fastflight!
Here' s a link to a site with a lot of info on Pearson recurves and longbows.
