Default Ground Blind for Hogs...

If you are downwind and in a good spot, will it work, or am I underestimating the fat boys?

SH31, every once in a great while it Might happen, but not often. It will happen more in fenced in areas than open range. The best way is with dogs or stalking in open range.

In over 45yrs of hog hunting I have never hunted a High Fence Area.

That's what I thought just from reading around here, but my "expert" friend insisted it was like fish in a barrel with a blind. Another question Reb: I'll be in Delray next Thursday for that interview, and wanted to go to a local archery shop that weekendto meet some people and possibly make a few connections. Are there any close that you know of?

One of the members of the hunt club I belong to in North FL, is.. er ah.. how shall I put this... afraid of heights.

So, he hunts from the ground... he has a blind set-up near his feeder... he hasn't killed one out of that blind yet.. pigs still smell him...

Archery shops in SFL are few and far between.... Gators is the closest to Del Ray... is another further south, but can not remember the name.

How about outdoor ranges? Am I just totally pampered right now since there is an AMAZING 3-D course that runs through woods and creeks where I live right now?

I believe Gator has one, not sure. You might have to go into Miami for that!

Hey if you go into Miami, don't forget to cruise down Calle 8 (8th Street) little Havana.

Man, Miami has everything! Even things that doctors can't cure!

If memory serves correctly, there is an archery club with a decent outdoor range in Palm Beach county, and "everglades archery club(??)" in south florida... do a google search for FL archery (NFAA orgs maybe) and you will see the local clubs... got the link on the work 'puter (work all over FL, so keep it there in case I get the urge LOL)

did it for ya..
