Thanks alot..... I just went to it and I found exactly what I need. Now I just need to figure out what barrel I want. Has anyone ever shot a 28gauge or a 10gauge. It says I can get one for my gun..... J/w

You definitely dont wanna try the 10ga, I shot my uncles 12ga NEF and it left quite a bruise on my shoulder, and I can handle a decent amount of recoil. Also, theres no real need for a younger hunter to need a 10ga... but if you're brave enough, go for it, I personally wouldnt

the 28 gauge is a great guage. i started shooting one 5 years ago and i still like to pick it over the 12 sometims. i have made farther and much harder shots with that then any other rifle or shotgun i own. however mine dosen't really like low brass loads. i use the winchester high brass 6 shot.

buckmasterflex,
i would not go down to a 10 ga with that gun. as light as the gun is it will probably knock you on ur a$$. (same for me as well) i would get it in the 12 if anything.

Well I am getting ready to purchase a new 12 gauge with the 3 1/2 inch chamber, fully camo for turkey hunting. And I was just looking for something else. But you are prolly right more than likely it would knock me on my A$$. Is the 28 gauge between the .410 and the 20 gauge or what?

yes the 28 is inbetween the 410 and 20. it is really very close to a 20 and nothing like a 410.

A .410 is a 67 gauge.

I love them, they are reliable and accurate...i have 3 a 12 ga. pardner, a special edition ultra slug hunter 12ga with laminate stock, and a .223 handi with laminate stock, i love all 3, and at the gray beard outdoor forums there are a lot of tricks for accuratizing them...if you choose this gun, you will probably like it
