last weekend it was youthday for waterfowl and i had no1 to go with me and my mom decided to go i was in a little swamp standing and she broguht a chair and sat in the woods and talked on he phone and coffee....doesnt bother me she liked it although the dampness she didnt like cuz of the mold although i think she has a whole neww aspect on huntingin/hunters
she used to say it was pointless and stupid
just thought id share

well, sorry that you didnt get any birds. But thats cool that your mom went with ya, and her views on hunting changed.

I remember when i was real young, about 5 all the way up til i was about 11, my mom would go hunting with my dad and me.

Hey man my mom brought me luck this year. I was in the same situation. Youth Deer hunt in Michigan. Sat all day Saturday with my dad and didnt see a deer. Sunday night rolled around and my dad got sick and my mom said she would take me. I guess I kinda took her though! But we got out there and just before dark a five pointer came out ang i got it. It was awesome. My first but with my mom! Good luck everyone going hunting tonight! - Drew

i wish my mom would go with me. i think she would really have fun but if she went she would prove herself wrong

i wish my mom would go with me also. but what i hunt, scent matters and so does movement and noise. so no coffee, phone or cleaning
