Canada is a great country, at least the people in BC are some of the nicest, funnest people on Earth. I would move to Canada in a heartbeat if I wasn't an American. It's a shame the Canadian government is a socialist peice of garbage and you have no rights nor can you make any decisions without the government being involved. Oh well it's a nice place to visit.

I would suggest professor to stay in school and try to get a little more education,try to make a few friends and smile once in awhile,and if your real nice and pay attention to the teacher you just might get bumped up to 3rd grade.

1st I have plenty of friends and i actually have a life outside the young hunters message board unlike some of you.
Also, seeing as Canada used to be owned by the french (history 8th grade year) and most people in Quebec are french... i was being sarcastic in saying edited out [in english], because of my dislike for the country.

omg are you people blind?... in my previous post i said i was being sarcastic like 3 times. In my posts I said nothing negative against the country of Canada. You people need to read before you start barking back. I think anyone could bad mouth the french in any part of the county. They have one of the weakest militaries in the world and aside from history and art, they are useless. And x-mountie, you want a friggen prize for w/e you have gotten... you want a little plaque that says good job? well sorry sir your not gonna get one so take your sad french story somewhere else. take-em - I am a member in 4 different conservation groups and do numerous activities year-round helping the conservation of wildlife habitat. I also promote hunting against anti's and take at least 5 kids on youth hunts each year. I don't believe that criticizing another country is grounds for me being a bad hunter and sportsman.

oh and p.s to x-mountie... what would the french have done in WW2 w/o the U.S.? Most likely theyd be nice suburb of Nazi Germany.

And what may I ask dear Professor, would the U.S the rest of the allies have done without Canada? If you check the history books, and evaluate the various battles, I'm proud to say the Canadians were some of the most feared and respected of all the forces. This is true back to WW1. When the Germans launched their gas attacks on the allied trenches, the Canadian forces were the only ones not to run. But in fact marched through the clouds of gas and scared the living $#!t out of everyone on the other side! You may not like the French, but it was not the people of Quebec who did anything to you or your country. Yes, they speak French, but so do several American areas. Do you have a great dis-like for them too? ANd as for your efforts in protesting against the anti's and taking kids out. Well good for you sir. But if your looking for a "Friggin' prize" well, your not going to get it from me or anyone else on this board. Belive it or not, you have insulted me, several others on this board, and french or not, I will stand proudly behind the bi-lingual people in my country! In my opinion, the greatest damn country period! And one last note, the next time you feel like beaking off, be sure you do it elsewhere. The good people on this site do not wish to be associated with a guy who bad mouth's other races and nationalities! So quoting you, "Take YOUR sad little French story elsewhere"!

Listen you.....

If you knew anything about history you would realize how important Canada was in our defeat of Hitler in WWII. There is no forgetting what they did as our allies. As for their current leadership, well they could take a few lessons from their grandfathers about what it means to be a Canadian.

The following was an answer I gave to a question about the relationship between Canada and the United States( and the screwups) since the war on terrorism started.

Maybe this will help figure things out on here. This post is over a year old.

Personally, I have felt that we have let down a real good friend. Sometimes it is a good thing for friends to have a difference of opinions. In my experience,those differences have strengthened those same friendships. Let us hope that this happens in this case.
The majority of Canadians did not agree with the policies of our government on the war. Most of us supported President Bush. I am not too politically minded myself and sometimes I find these things hard to understand.
I would like to add that we are doing our fair share in the fight against terrorism in Afghanistan. We have even lost some soldiers due to a "friendly Fire" incident. Our navy is doing a splendid job patrolling the oceans there. One ship has boarded over 100 vessels in search of contraband and/or terrorists.
We have seen the drop in commercial sales to the U.S. Yes, some people will hold a grudge against us but I would like to see us go past this problem and become the friends that we once were.

So there you have it, one person`s answer on how he feels about the relationship between the Americans and Canadians since the war has started.

O.K, enough of being nice. We try to be good neihbors and friends. Our troops ARE in iraq and ahfgahnistan, just not in huge numbers. In case you don't keep up, our military no longer is a massive invasion force. We are a country of peacekeepers. Our troops go in afterwards to eliviate the pressure off the other forces when it comes down to it. For that, you can thank the Liberal Government's cuts on military spending over the years. The Canadian people DO on the otherhand back the U.S, when it comes to Iraq. Even more so than the number of americans who back it. But why should we be nice about it? Your government shut down our borders to beef. I live in the heart of cattle country. I see first hand everyday, farms shutting down. Herds being culled. Our Government is feeding the farmers, not the forces right now. It's the U.S side that shut us down, and causing my economy to come to a stand still. But I back the U.S, too. Why? Because were neihbors. And we must stick together, through it all. I hope that their are a few people down there that realize this without having to be told. were neihbors, lets act like it already!

It's not the Canadian people who are to blame for their less than intense anti-terror effort. It's their liberal, socialist government that has no balls and still thinks that terrorists can be reasoned with instead of crushed. I think if the majority of Canadians (at least those in BC) had thier way, we would be dividing up Iraq and Iran right now between the two of us. :D
