Why a 3 1/2"? I've never seen anything killed by a 3 1/2 that couldn't be killed by a 3".
What kind of money are you looking to spend?
New or used? Auto or pump?

Remington 870 Express Magnum.
I'm not so sure that the regular 870 is chambered for 3.5" shells, but I could be wrong.
The Express that I had was, I know for a fact, it leveled me with a turkey load when I was 9.
