I have a garmen etrex GPS. Do any of you use GPS units?

personally... i'm technologically challenged... i can turn it on and find satellites and all that... but i don't understand how it helps you find your way... i just use my own sences to get myself in and out of the woods... when in doubt.. just follow a trail...you'll come out sometime lol

I cant use them. Im like huntingirl, technically challenged. Plus, i dont get lost, i get temporarily dislocated.

I want one of the GPS/WALKIE TALKIE models, i saw one at wal-mart and thought that would be the best way to go. That way i wouldnt have to carry both. Plus they can transmit your location to another gps so that would help a friend come help drag that trophy out.
