time to lace up your boots......chalk the box calls,shoot the turkey gun,by more calls,get the turkey vest ready.....buy plenty of shells,buy broadheads,more arrows,i'm getting an early start .....i'm ready to go now....tennessee season starts april 3rd....last year it started on march 27th... y'all better get ready.....turkey season is around the corner....i know beard buster is ready.....y'all be carefull in the woods now...good luck this spring season....

SPRIG IS ALMOST HERE!!!! YAY!!!!! I got up this morning to go to my truck and it felt just like turkey season. Birds chirpin, chilly but not cold. Im ready. Im leavin in 3 weeks for a pig hunt with my bow, then turkey is another 3 weeks after that. Ill be like pse-archer this year and go strictly bow, this will be year 4 without at shotgun. I hope these next 6 weeks go fast.

I know in the coast area (which is about 120 miles from here) there is some good turkey hunting spots and i'm going to make some calls and try to figure out a time and place I can give it a try. I never tried it before so i'll be looking forward to that.
