    I shoot a 7mag right now. I was thinking about getting a 300 weatherby mag. I was wondering how you like your 30-06 if you shoot one.

    I like it, it's very accurate, and has a lot of power to it. Downside is, it kicks a bit, but put a recoil pad on and hold on tight, and it won't be that big of a deal.

    some people say that they dont have enough power for a 180 grain. I dont know.
